How does your seller financing work?
Our goal is to make land ownership simple and affordable. Most properties can be financed for as little as $99–$149 down and $99–$149 per month — all at 0% interest and no credit checks.

Can I pay cash instead of financing?
Absolutely. You can pay the full purchase price upfront, and we may even be able to offer you a discount.
How do I buy land through Real Land?

Can I build on the land right away?
You’ll need to pay off the property in full before beginning any construction or permanent improvements. Once the land is fully paid off and the deed is in your name, you’ll be free to build according to county zoning and permit requirements. Do I need good credit to buy land?
No! We don’t run credit checks. If you can make the down payment, you can start owning land today.
Is it safe to buy land online?

Are there any extra fees?
Each purchase includes a small document fee to cover paperwork and recording costs. For financed purchases, there’s also a minimal note service fee and estimated property taxes added to the monthly payment. We’ll always disclose all costs upfront so there are no surprises.
